Terms of Service

Draft version draft-2026-10-24. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change.

1. The service

Wezable provides an accessibility menu that you add to your website with one line of code, and an account area to manage it.

2. What the service does not do

The menu helps your visitors change how your pages look. It does not change the source code of your site and it does not replace fixing your site. We do not promise that your site will meet any law, standard or guideline, or that it will prevent complaints or legal claims. You are responsible for your own site, its content and its accessibility.

3. Free plan and credit line

The free plan shows a small credit line with a link to Wezable inside the menu. You agree not to remove or hide it while you use the free plan. Paid plans can remove it.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. You must only add domains you own or are allowed to manage. We may switch off accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

5. Limits, liability and changes

[To be written with a lawyer: limit of liability, indemnity, acceptable use, refunds, termination, governing law.]
